Polyester U.S. Flags

The Difference Between Polyester and Nylon FlagsOur polyester version of our U.S. American flags are heavier weight fabric that looks and feels like cotton. If the flag will fly higher, such as above a roof of a building or in an area with stronger winds, this is often a better choice. It will fly nicely in the heavier winds and lasts slightly longer than nylon.
Sewn stripes and embroidered stars, this flag comes standard with a rope sewn into the header. Galvanized thimbles are attached on each end of the rope and additional grommets are spaced evenly throughout the length of the header. (Number of grommets varies depending on the size of the flag.). They are expertly crafted from durable outdoor grade materials and are all made in the U.S.A.

    new 5x8 American flag.

Our current flag had been flying far too long and was really worn out, when I took it off the pole I saw your label on is so I went online and ordered a replacement, the new flag fits perfectly and looks absolutely great! Nice bright colors for the red and blue and bright clean white for the stars and stripes. Great job!! In a few years when this one wears out, I'll order another one from you again. Oh, and I was also very impressed with the quick turnaround and the fact that you also offered a delivery service for a small fee. Thanks Colonial !!

    Outstanding Quality.

The quality of this flag is outstanding. It is worth every penny. This flag will last for years. This is my second of these flags that I purchased. My first one I purchased approximately 2 years ago. It flys everyday. I am still flying the first flag as it’s integrity is still in tact, and will be, I’m sure, for another year, or so. The only reason I purchased the new one is because it was 40% off.

    Amazing quality and durability

I live where the winds can sustain at 20 or more miles per hour and can continue to blow for days. On my most recent purchases I've sprung for the extra stitching, and it has made a world of difference. Where before, a flag might last four months, my last one has lasted the whole year and there is very little evident fraying at all.

In addition to the amazing work of the extra stitching, however, I have used flags from Colonial flag for over a decade, and their attention to detail and outstanding quality are why I keep coming back.

I purchases my most recent U.S. flag, not because I need it currently but because I don't want to be without when the time comes that I do need to replace my current flag.

I cannot praise Colonial Flag's quality highly enough - a great company, representative of the true American spirit!
