How do I return an item?

Colonial Flag will fully refund merchandise returned within 60 days of purchase with a sales receipt, excluding shipping charges. Product must be in "like new" condition. Custom designed flags and projects are not refundable. Damaged products may be returned if it is a manufacturers defect. Any damage to the product during shipping and/or any missing items must be reported to Colonial Flag within 48 hours from the time you received the product. If a product is returned after the 60 day period, a store credit will be issued in the amount of the most current sale price.

Please call our customer service department Toll Free at 1-800-782-0500 to receive a RMA ("Return Merchandise Authorization") number before shipping any product to Colonial Flag. Packages received without an authorized RMA number will be refused.
