* All Free shipping offers are valid for road-accessible 48 continental United States for standard (not expedited) shipping. Also does not include house mounted flagpole porch kits. General Shipping Information:
Colonial Flag is committed to packaging and shipping your purchase in a timely manner. In many cases we will ship out your item by the next business day. However, because of the constant fluctuating nature of inventory, some items may be out of stock at the time of your order. Please be advised that if this situation occurs, it's possible that flags and other items may take up to 15 days and flagpoles up to 8 weeks for delivery. If you are concerned about this possibility - feel free to call us at 1-877-941-3524 to check on current lead times.
When your item arrives, please check your packing slip & shipment for accuracy before signing for receipt from the carrier! We will not be held responsible for shortages or damages after the driver leaves.
How do I return an item?
Colonial Flag will fully refund merchandise returned within 60 days of purchase with a sales receipt, excluding shipping charges. Product must be in "like new" condition. Custom designed flags and projects are not refundable. Damaged products may be returned if it is a manufacturers defect. Any damage to the product during shipping and/or any missing items must be reported to Colonial Flag within 48 hours from the time you received the product. If a product is returned after the 60 day period, a store credit will be issued in the amount of the most current sale price.
Please call our customer service department Toll Free at 1-877-941-3524 to receive a RMA ("Return Merchandise Authorization") number before shipping any product to Colonial Flag. Packages received without an authorized RMA number will be refused.
